Diagnose state first, then account, then device. Avoid repeated reloads because they may hide the useful message.
No Session appears
Check URL, connection and the central message. There may be no available Session. Reload once and compare date and state; an informational screen is not necessarily an error.
I cannot vote
Check sign-in, open state, deadline, both direction and degree, any existing vote, and the confirmation or error after submission. A confirmed vote cannot be changed; a closed Session cannot accept a late one.
Results are hidden
This may be expected before reveal or completion of the flow. Hidden does not mean zero. Verify the current phase and the distinction between vote, reveal and consensus.
Consensus or reputation is stale
Confirm that an eligible prior Session exists and has resolved. Historical data may update after resolution, not immediately after voting. Record the visible value and time; do not calculate a replacement yourself.
Direktor live is locked
Read the card badge. In the verified interface, new live videos require Student or Cycle Analyst. Sign in with the correct account or use available prior and archive content.
Player does not start
Press Play, check sound, connection and browser permissions. Update the browser if needed. Mobile autoplay blocking is common and does not prove the video is broken.
For support, provide exact URL, date and time, Session or episode, displayed state, device, operating system, browser and a redacted screenshot. Never send credentials or session data.
Diagnostic rule — A live screen needs a timestamp. If it changes after reload, report both states.
