Before changing accounts or keys, record zone, round, route, time and displayed state. Many apparent errors come from mixing visitor, demo, trial and active-participant states.
Diagnostic rule — Do not regenerate an API, expand permissions or repeat enrolment until you identify the missing step. Never send a secret or passphrase to support.
I enter the wrong zone
Check the upper title. Use the crown/lightning switcher or return to /tournaments. Redirects from old URLs may open an unexpected view.
Preview remains after sign-in
Reload once and verify the session. Then inspect the CTA: UID, API or final confirmation may still be missing. An Emiciclo account is not the same as an enrolment.
UID or API does not proceed
Check accepted provider, account type, UID, read-only permissions, any passphrase, IP restriction and copied spaces. Do not enable trading or withdrawal.
I am in trial or verification
Wait for the explicit app state. Personal data, public visibility, pool contribution and prizes may be treated differently during verification. A private row is not proof of final eligibility.
Data or score does not update
Check round, timestamp, exchange lineup and synchronisation state. Compare one transaction with the source. A held position may produce a separate preview without creating an official score.
The leaderboard differs from P&L
P&L, ROI, volume and points are distinct outputs. Open Rules and Leaderboard and score; do not reconstruct the calculation from one number.
Timer expired but rank or prize is not final
Allow consolidation and verification. The timer marks the round window; it does not certify a payout.
What to send to support
Provide zone, URL, round, timezone, time, account state and a screen without secrets. State expected and observed results in one sentence.
