Opening the Cyclic Board requires an active Emiciclo account and a profile enabled for this surface. Login, permission and data availability are separate checks: passing one does not automatically pass the others.
Goal — Reach the Sundial with your asset, a visible timestamp and no access message. Stop before interpreting the Board if any of these is missing.
Documentation boundary — Cyclepedia describes the observable path. It does not publish tokens, internal authorization rules or proprietary product logic.
Enter correctly
- Open Cyclic Board.
- If
Sign inappears, use the Emiciclo account linked to the enabled profile. - Wait until
Reading the phasesends. - Check the symbol and analysis time in the header.
The expected result is a populated Sundial or Composite. A return to login indicates a missing or expired session. A profile message means the identity is known but does not hold the required entitlement.
When a CycleSic session is requested
The Board uses services shared with CycleSic. If the interface asks you to open CycleSic to unlock the feed, open it in the same browser with the same account, wait for its initial load and return to the Board. Never copy tokens or credentials between windows.
After a renewal or profile change, sign out and back in before retrying. Repeatedly refreshing a page with an old session does not update its identity.
Four states to keep separate
- Login required: there is no Emiciclo session.
- Profile not enabled: the session exists, but the product is unavailable to that profile.
- Feed not unlocked: the Board has not received the required shared session yet.
- Service unreachable: account and permission may be correct, but the data source is not responding.
Only the last state is a service issue. The others require an account, profile or session action; changing the asset cannot fix them.
For support, provide the URL, time, device and exact message. Do not send passwords, tokens, cookies or API keys. A screenshot of the header and state is enough to separate identity, permission and feed availability.
